Hi, I am strictly a buyer agent and will only negotiate on your behalf. Other realtors are representing the sellers if the agency or agent lists homes. In order for you to be fully protected you should look at properties with an agent that will work ONLY for you. I also work with new construction and builders. In a slow market builders are offering great deals.
