I have made a good income for myself and my business partners in both good times and in recessions, and I have lived through many business cycles. Before the real estate phase of my life, I earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Syracuse University, and worked with the General Foods Division of Kraft Foods as Strategic Technical Planner in White Plains, NY I spent two months touring coffee plantations in Java, Sumatra, and Bali, Indonesia completing a scientific and quality assessment of the coffee production methods in Asia.
