Testimonials
"Cindi, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help with the sale of our home. It was refreshing working with someone like you, someone who was committed to aggressively tapping into every resource available while still being available for us 24/7. Your level of expertise and professionalism proved we could simply turn matters over to you to get the house sold. My husband and I truly appreciated working with you and your team and would recommend you to any of our friends and family or potential clients of yours. I for one can definitely reassure them that you will make every effort possible to help them reach their goals too. It's important for people to know there are agents like you around who have the integrity to do their absolute best. My best to you Cindi for continued success! Kind regards, Mrs. Lisa Suarez"

"Hey Cindi, Thank you for getting my house sold. That had to be one of the most brutal escrows I have ever seen, and unfortunately, it had to be mine. I know you worked your ass off, and I am grateful for all you did to get it sold, and appreciate what you had to endure especially with my tenants from hell, among others. Thank you again, and please know I truly appreciate all you put up with to get this house sold. I hope you've recovered from this sale! Take care, and I wish you all the best! Sincerely,"

"Hi Cindi, A few minutes after our conversation, I received a call from my lawyer. With two weeks to go, GMAC finally replied to to the legal letters and entered into negotiation to resolve this matter. While nothing is final, the situation appears about to resolve. I will let you know how this turns out. Meanwhile, you have my sincere gratitude, referral business and anything else I can contribute. With Respect and Regards,"

Uh....Victor....her profile says shes a home seller in Bellvue. Your arrogance must be blinding you! I though we were here to help consumers????

Clioblue....unfortunately there are no "client satisfaction" ratings out there. It would certainly make things easier, huh?

I would recommend starting with a Realtor (not just an agent..) From there...GOOGLE them. Are they area consultants that appear frequently in the media? Do they have dozens of listings that appear in your search? From there....ask for testimonials and references. If they still check out....ask to speak with someone with whom they've had a bad expereince. (We've all had at least one.) If they can't think of a name...move on. (No need to call the person...you're looking for honesty and experience....) - Yesterday, 22:19
Cindi Hagley, Windermere Welcome Home answered:
Buyer Beware! Do yourself the biggest favor you could do for yourself with your first home purchase....get a Realtor to represent you. If it seems to good to be true...it probably is. The seller pays yoyr Realtor.....and not using one will ultimately cost you. Good luck! - Yesterday, 22:12

When should I begin the short sale process?

Cindi Hagley, Windermere Welcome Home answered:
The first thing I wouold do is contact the lender. Is it possible they could restructure your loan to help you keep your home? Then....hire an EXPERIENCED short sale agent. I would begin the mmoment you realize you are in trouble. - Yesterday, 22:08

How long does a short sale take to complete?

Cindi Hagley, Windermere Welcome Home answered:
I have had some short sales drag on for 5 months.... - Yesterday, 22:05
Cindi Hagley, Windermere Welcome Home answered:
your "out" may be the appraisal. If the homes does not appraise, your lender will not fund the loan. You will have the opportunity to renegotiate once the appraisal is in house. (You did not use the builders lender did you?) - Yesterday, 22:04
