I checked the local MLS and also the website that the property is being offer through - both show that the property is not currently available. There are a lot of great properties out there being offered to rent. Good luck to you!

Are you inquiring about the property's value because you are looking to purchase it or are you trying to determine your own property value based off of that particular home? The city's website http://(www.cityofclawson.com) can give you some assessed values. You can also search Trulia to see recent sales that are reported thru here. But as Maureen mentioned, a Buyer's Agent would give you the most accurate info. Good luck!
