When I was hustling for construction jobs for 16 years, I never took a dime for a deposit. I never asked for payment until I was done and they were happy. And....... "recently purchased a home in Mountainside, NJ. Initially I did not choose to work with a specific realtor. I went to open houses and shopped on the internet. "I had the pleasure of meeting Denise Broesler when I had to sell my mother’s house in Kenilworth, NJ. Because I was from out of town I went on NJ.com and found her and Michael Campanaro’s website under Real Estate. I liked everything I read so I made an appointment for her to look at the house. We met on a Sunday morning and her professionalism was immediately apparent. I signed the contract in the morning and that same afternoon she was showing the house. The next day I had a buyer! Denise and Michael went above and beyond what was required. They put me in touch with people that helped me clean out the house and also took care of the requirements to get the inspection done to obtain the certificate of occupancy, the appraisal, and Michael even helped with the rental process for my nephew living at the property.
