About Me
I like to think I bring integrity back to real estate. My experience as nurse has given me a unique approach to real estate. I'm not just helping you find a house but creating a lifestyle and securing a sound investment. When selling your home many agents will tell you what you want to hear; especially in a slower market. While the truth is sometimes difficult to hear it may save you time and money. My combination of integrity, dedication, caring, and hard work makes me an agent that you can trust to get you through one of the most stressful times of your life. My coverage area includes Morris and Sussex counties. My offie is located in My Arlington, NJ just off Rt 80.

Why would someone work for you when you have no respect for them? It is not legal to "split" a commission with a buyer or seller. That is a kick back. Good luck in your search for an agent that will take you up on this. - Fri Jun 6 2008, 12:22

I have seen some of these communities with large garden tubs. They don't seem to make sense to me for and aging client. It just spells broken hip to me. I would look at large walk in showers with a bench. It is more wheelchair/walker friendly. I would keep that thought in mind when doing kitchen and bathroom design. When it is well thought out, the modification are part of the design so they don't stand out and appear too institutional. - Wed Mar 19 2008, 07:16

I have heard this from other Weichert agents. They usually have to wait until their contract is up for renewal to change to another office. It is probably in your contract. - Sat Feb 16 2008, 05:51

The usual listing period in my market area is six months. Since the market has slowed one year contracts have been used increasingly. - Sat Feb 9 2008, 07:23
