This house has been on the market for approximately a year from $575,000 and reduced.
Not a great location. In this price range there are many houses in great school districts in Livingston, Millburn, Chatham,New Providence that are a good investment in great towns. Essex, Union or Morris county are easy to commute to NYC by NJ Trasnsit train or bus. I would check out Millburn/Short Hills, Summit or Maplewood. All great town with lovely homes in your price range, many in walking distance to the train station. There are several townhouse developments in the Metro/Edison area to look at . The price range would be between $300,000 to $489,000. Some of the developments are Heatherwood, Woodlands, Village Pointe, the Maples, Oaks and Timberline.
