Personal Background
I’ve lived in a lot of different places, there is a little magic in jersey city, I stumbled on jersey city in 1996, hamilton park and the next day found a brownstone on the park and moved in the following month. It’s wonderful here and the city is ever-changing. I found it was an easier commute into the Westside of Manhattan then living in the East Village, Brooklyn, or Queens. Honestly, there is so much to explore in new jersey. I know the state pretty well and find it easy to assit in clients looking outside of Hudson County.
My background is in the arts, as a painter and photographer. I’ve spent most of my life creating images for motion picture studios, network television, editorial print and agencies. And now as your soon to be realtor.
I work as a team with my sales associate Janet Maya, also a long time resident of Jersey City. We are a perfect team to bring you the best in real estate customer service. If you’re looking for an agent, to rent, buy, or sell you’ve found them!
Meet with a team of Maya & Yoo today to assist in your real estate adventures with personal attention and professional customer service.

hi, jersey city is an ideal place, close to downtown ny. actually you can be at wtc in about 2 minutes on the path. and of course at wtc there are tons of subway lines that go everywhere in the city. Christopher St. Stop i think take about 10 minutes or so... Area of Paulus Hook, Newport Area and Van Vorst Park and Hamilton Park are super great. Waterfront is filled with high res living, attended doorman/women buildings they range from super faboulous new contraction to moderate high res living. Both Van Vorst & Hamilton Park Areas are filled with sweet neighborhood life.... Area is similar in style to the village, small stores, restuarants, cafes for brunch, bars, and brownstony buildings. There are mid/small high rises here... as well. Are you looking to rent or to purchase? I'm an agent here in downtown and a long time resident of JC. Let me know if you'd like more info on jersey city in the rental or purchase market. there are alot of choices here...
