About Me
"Team Triad" is composed of three women: Mary Kivett, Karin Shaeffer, and Debra Altschuler. We have a total of 40+ years experience. We each love our work and it shows in the service that we give our customers and clients. We individually and as a team are committed to giving "Superior Service" to our clients and customers. We often tell people that they get "Three for the price of One." They seem to like the bargain. We hope you will too!

Team Triad Mission Statement:

To consistently provide the highest quality, most innovative and exceptional real estate service available in the Triad area.

Our Client’s needs always come first. Team Triad strives to provide value far in excess of our client’s expectations. Our goal is mutual respect and long term relationships that are beneficial to all parties.

To be positive, helpful and enthusiastic at all times – always focusing on solutions, not challenges. To take care of business first and foremost, and have fun and enjoy ourselves in the process.

We adhere to the highest standards of integrity, honesty and ethical business practices in all situations.

Continually improve our services to exceed our client’s expectations

Specializing in residential, single family real estate, our focus is on our clients and putting their needs first.

Sincerely,

Karin Shaeffer

How do you go about buying a foreclosed property?

Mary Kivett answered:
First find a good agent. Then get a pre approval from your lender. The foreclosure companies will not look at an offer with this letter from a lender. Your agent can help you do the rest. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 09:39

Do Open Houses Help Sell Houses?

Mary Kivett answered:
We recently had a home listed and did an open house every Sunday for the month of April. The sellers had the interior painted, staged the home inside and we were ready for open houses. After the third open house, our buyer came in. However, the buyer had an agent. We sold the home to the buyer that saw the home during an open house. It does not happen often enough but it does sometimes. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 09:34
