My husband and I are real estate professionals. We live in Essex County, New Jersey and our office is with Coldwell Banker in Caldwell, New Jersey. We've had over 45 years of diversified business experience and now we've brought that to real estate. My husband's family owned a soft drink manufacturing business and if you grew up in New Jersey, you probably have heard of Brookdale Beverage Company. In fact, you all probably have a favorite flavor. We love to play golf and wish we had more time to do it. We are honest and trustworthy and people say we have a good sense of humor. All we know is that if you need help to either buy or sell a home, we'll give it all we have to get the job done for you, because if we satisfy you, then maybe you'll recommend us to a friend and the chain of satisfaction can keep growing.

Josh,
Before we can answer your properly, we need to know if you would buy one of these units to live in or to rent.

JK,
We live in Bloomfield, the next town over from Clifton and our office is in The Caldwells. The Cambridge Crossings are a little "pricey". There are Townhomes in other communities that are less expensive and also an "easy" commute to the City. If you want our help, just let us know. - Sat May 10 2008, 11:07
Neha,
Why do you ask the question? - Fri May 9 2008, 12:36
Visit our daughter's website Pamtherealtor.net -- she lives and works in the area and can answer your questions. If you take the time to contact her, you will be pleased that you did. Other than my husband -- you won't find any agent that will work as hard for you. - Fri May 9 2008, 12:27
Sacha,
As promised, we did review the mls -- there are properties in your price range that are available -- primarily in the cities, such as Newark, Irvington, The Oranges, Linden, Elizabeth, etc. - Tue May 6 2008, 05:34
Sacha,
It's highly unlikely at $175,000 to find anything except a handyman special within a close proximity to NYC, but we will review the MLS and see what's available and where. - Mon May 5 2008, 09:59
