You can go to my website and type in the MLS number of the property to get all of the details. From the "Home" page click on the "MLS Search" page. Type in the number(s) there and have at it.

Yes, this property on Big Pine Key closed on October 31st and sold for $95,000. My Big Pine Key office listed and sold this property. This was a fantastic buy for the new owner and there are more like it coming up every week. We have a lot of properties pending in the Lower Keys currently and well priced properties are going fast. Well researched offers are also being accepted despite the list price. The way to get a great deal is to make offers...lots of offers.
If you want to stay on top of these listings I would be happy to assist by sending you email alerts with new listings and price reductions as they come onto the market. In order to take advantage of a great deal you need to be able to move quickly. If you are an out of town buyer it will be a benefit for you to identify and utilize a professional Realtor to help make it happen. This house is currently bank owned and I did the B.P.O. (Broker Price Opinion) on this house for the lender so I am familiar with it. It is situated on a canal so there is good boating access from here and it's in a neighborhood of nice homes. It is a large home with two stories. One could live in the house in it's current condition depending upon ones standard of living...it's a little rough. It would require some fixing up to make it nice again. Homes in this neighborhood are selling in the $300K to $500K range. This home will sell somewhere within that range and it may even sell slightly below market value to a strong buyer.
I'm a full time Realtor here in the Lower Florida Keys and would be happy to speak with you about how you can acquire this or any of the other bank owned properties here in the Keys should you care to persue.
