The person I know with the most expirence in that area is Mary Beth Seldon, this little old lady (retired teacher) that must have a bloodhound's nose for deals and a warriors heart. She is absolutely the toughest negotiator that I can imgaine in that area.

I love south Austin and know several grandmother and single moms that live in safety and comfort in 78704. Besides, its pretty neighborly down there...
