This home was built in 1953, has 1 car detatched garage and is in not too far from to the (districted schools; Cleveland Hill Schools and close proximity to private schools.

Collecting rents in this day is probably easier than a bank collecting mortgage payments. If you do not live in the area, you may want to consider employing a property manager to find, screen and select tenants as well as collect your rent and deal with complaints. - Sun Nov 9 2008, 07:41
What is the address you are referring to? I am the exclusive agent for 620 Ayer Rd. but it is an asset liquidation, not a foreclosure.
