Millbrook is a neighborhood behind Green Acres Mall. It used to be called Green Acres but not is called Millbrook. There are a wide variety of homes in different price ranges. That is ridiculous. With every co-op I have been involved in a copy of the prospectus, the financials, and the rules are required by the buyers attorney before contract. You attorney probably won;t let you go into contract without these. This does not sound on the up and up to me. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 07:08

I am in Southwest Nassau and the answer is maybe. It depends on how realistic you are. If you are looking for a home that is in move-in condition then probably not. If you are looking for a home that is in need of work then probably. I am currently dealing with a number of short sales and REOs and would be happy to help you. I would be happy to help you as i deal in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate but would need more information. Most of it I would be able to get if you were to give me the address, or section block and lot of the property. Where it is located plays a big part in the price.

If you look up specific properties on mynassauproperty.com and go tot he property taxes tab, select 2008 you will find the current town and school taxes for that home. On the bottom of the page it will tell you if there are additional village taxes.
