First of all you may want to check and see how much they may owe on their mortgage. You dont want to make too low of an offer because then they make be better off selling on their own or with a realtor. In this market cash is KING !!!! Many buyers are now having trouble getting a mortgage. If you need a list of homes for sale in that area I need you to call me and tell me your price range and I`ll inform you how much we can possibly get a house that you`re looking for in that area.
