I`ve been a realtor in Brick now for 8 years. I do mainly residential listings and sales. I am presently working with some banks with forclosure properties. I also like to work with investors. If you are thinking about a short sale whether you are a buyer or seller I can explain those options to you.

First of all you may want to check and see how much they may owe on their mortgage. You dont want to make too low of an offer because then they make be better off selling on their own or with a realtor. In other words you need to make an offer that will work for both the home owner and yourself. - Mon Jun 30 2008, 05:16
What you try to offer on a forclosure is a little more than is owed on the mortgage if there is a decent amount of equity in the property. That way you get a good deal and the owner/bank walks away with a some money and everyone is happy - Mon Jun 16 2008, 06:28

In this market cash is KING !!!! Many buyers are now having trouble getting a mortgage. If you need a list of homes for sale in that area I need you to call me and tell me your price range and I`ll inform you how much we can possibly get a house that you`re looking for in that area.

There are listings everywhere. There are listings off of Whitesville Rd. I would need to know your price range to let you know how many listings there would be.
