First thing, marketing properties is not about the agent who is listing the property, it is about the owner who wants to hire a professional to market their property and the criteria they have to sell their home. The bottom line is location, price and condition. I can show you as a seller where your home will place in the market and how to sell it within your time frame.
In this high inventory market, pricing is playing a big factor, as well as excellent marketing stratagies to promote your home sale. Our marketing is second to none and we offer many incentive programs that will bring buyers to your property.
I know when a seller partners with me their expectations are met and will work hard to resolve any issues.

Don't waste your money or time. I signed up with them a while back, Realty Trac lists all foreclosures from stage 1, which could be quite sometime before the home would even be available. Any contacts I recieved never amounted to anything. Most callers from that site were looking for a million dollar house for $40,000 thanks to the infomercials, no money down etc. etc.. Don't waste your money. You can try REOtrans.com, this site alerts agents about banks looking for listing agents to represent them as sellers in a foreclosure sale. Hope this helps! Jared,
The answer to your question, as a listing agent I will show my listings to a qualified buyer as quickly as I can. I will schedule an appointment with the perspective buyer to see the property. Most times I can meet readily, however, there are times that I cannot because of other obligations. It is not always possible to drop everything and go show a property, which is what you might be reading as not flexible. There is a but to this, and that is, as a listing agent I am obligated to bring only qualified buyers to my sellers, and that will mean that I will verify that the perspective buyer has a pre-qualified or pre-approval letter from a lender prior to showing the property. If you are not a qualified buyer or refuse to produce the required documentation, then I won't show you the property, especially with today's gas prices.. However, if you are out looking it would be respectable to respond to the agent when you are called for a follow up. You may be getting pushback if you are not returning calls from these agents when they are looking for feedback or followup.
That is as straight as it gets... Good luck in your search. - Sun Jul 6 2008, 12:46
