I have heard of Section 8, but I don't think that was what I was looking for. She is a student, not on welfare. Just does not make enough money. I had heard there were some Apt's that helped pay utilities. Maybe I was just misinformed.
Thanks. - Sun Apr 6 2008, 17:27
I too would be interested in where to find this information also. I am also looking at a FSBO and my current agent has offered to "represent" us with us paying her the agent fee of 3% that would normally have been paid by the seller. That would actually have us paying her somewhere between 8-9% on the buying and selling end. My thought was - could the cost be less for me to just hire an attorney for the purchase of the home rather than paying my agent an additional fee? I posted this question in the past also, and did not get a direct answer to follow?
Thank you. - Sun Apr 6 2008, 07:50
I guess you could not read ..... it was listed as "typically" - not sure why you have to use a false name and town? I guess your answer should be "answer" enough. - Fri Feb 22 2008, 05:56
