I am amazed that not a single RE agent talks about how builders get low prices home to market. I was looking for one and seen many over the years for family and friends in Edison/Piscataway area

Look at a Brand new SF 2G home near former ford/old post area. That house is build with cheap material, really low quality and most shockingly unexciting floor plan…for a 2008 home! I am sure French st house will be same.

My advice, if you get above 450k, you ought to have moderate quality, modern floor plan and yes, master bedroom with Jacuzzi!

I feel most, 9 out of 10 RE agents, and there are just too many everywhere, are clue less about market, location, construction, and about the very house they are showing. Don’t depend too much on them. Google it!!! If you get the 1 of 10, follow him/her. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 14:44
