My friend's son just got admitted to UC Berkeley and he is consider buying a home for his son to stay for 4 years college study, and may be longer. After all, Berkeley 's Biochemistry graduate school ranked top #1 over hundreds of universities such as Stanford, Harvard, MIT, UCLA, ...etc, if can also get admited, that would be wonderful.

He has been invested in places walk to train station and good public universities. e.g. Edison Hollow South http://raspberryct.blogspot.com/ that can walk to NYC train station to Wall St and next to Rutgers Univ is SOLD OUT! and many neighbor hood communities such as Edison Manor, University Heights, ...etc. all sold out.
