I am hoping to find a Home by the end of the Year and celebrate the Xmas and New year in my new home. My present lease expires in January. I would be open to moving in earlier too if I were to find a builder who would take care of the financial repercussions of breaking the lease early. I have an excellent credit history , not a single negative remark
( touch wood).
I know how you feel .Been there , am still there. I agree, its a buyers market and we home buyers keep hearing about all these dp and closing costs taken care of , but beware about them adding these so called taken care of items added to your bill . I have yet to meet any buyers in person who have had these expenses taken care of ie not added to the bottom line bill. - Sun Aug 17 2008, 19:29
I must clarify , by water front I meant , like even man made ponds ( large) the type of communities you have water view from your back yard. - Mon Jun 23 2008, 20:29
Honestly , I am not worried about people making money by doing a job, but I do like clarity and transparency and as long as I am being served well I am more than happy to pay the fees demanded because they deserve it. - Tue Jun 17 2008, 05:31
