1. Hoboken to Newark using Path. Newark to Princeton Junction using NJ Transit (Northeast Corridor to Trenton). OR
2. Hoboken to Secaucus Junction using NJ Transit. Change to the Northeast Corridor to Trenton line from Secaucus Junction to Princeton Junction using NJ Transit.
If you need to go to the university then you can ride the dinky (shuttle train) which runs between Princeton Junction and Princeton University
