When you put a listing on Trulia, it automatically assigns the neighborhood name. For example, we have an entire area that is called Talbott's Corner in Nashville on Trulia, but the homes listed there aren't even in the area NOR are there very many homes in Talbott's Corner. It's actually an old intersection with a gas station on it and a historic marker. We, as the Trulia content builders, know our communities. How can we control that content?
Thanks for your answer. I'm curious what third party source gives that information. It's not on the tax records or MLS under any of those names locally. Let me know if I can help in any other way.

Hi Brian,
This is a great question. We currently receive our neighborhood information from a third party source and we aren't able to change the neighborhood boundaries that exist in our system manually. However we are hoping to update this source of information in the future, so if you'd like to make a note of a neighborhood error with us, please click on the 'Report listing error' link next to the red flag on your listing(s). We'll hold onto that information and address the issue when we update our neighborhood source as a whole.
Best Wishes,
