Hi Shar,

It's definitely 35 minutes in rush hour whether you take I-287 south to Route 80 or exit earlier on Rt 23 south through Verona or take Rt 46 west near Rt 80. The second route on Rt 23 south is the most direct and may consume less fuel, depending on your exact destination.

FIRST ANSWER
Probably 35 minutes, unless you hit heavy traffic. 15 minutes or so down 287 to Parsippany, then about 20 from there to West Caldwell.
