How are the Montclair public schools?

We do not have children, but are looking to move into a town that has a good public school system so that we don't have to move in another 7 years or so when we have children & it's time for them to start school. We both grew up in Cresskill, which has a great school system so we have high expectations of public schools.

Montclair schools are very good, and very innovative. It is a stable community and beautiful as well. Most of the Bergen county and Essex county suburban schools sytems are very good. I have raised my 4 kids in Teaneck (2 now in college, 2 graduated and working), and found Teaneck's schools to be wonderful. I can name many other communities that would also serve your needs, depending on price range, style of house, proximity to NYC transportation, etc. Give me a call and let's work together!
