The company you deal with is also a major factor. Go with a company tha has interent presence and advertising. Look for a company that has agents that you recognize in your area.

Do your research on several different companies in your area and check out their web sites also. See how many rental listings they have.The agent you choose to deal with is the most important factor, not the company.
