Hi Maddy. If your property is priced right, you should have buyers coming to look. The rate of activity and closings in Hackensack is good. Sales are close to the asking price from the recent condo closings I have seen. However, your property needs to be priced right to bring in the buyers.

There are many buyers out there now that prices have come down and better rates have come available again. If your property is in a good location, priced accurately and shows well, you should have steady traffic. Inventory is still high, so be aggressive in your pricing and willing to listen to all reasonable offers. If you aren't working with anyone, our office does alot of business in Hackensack, give me a call!
