Hi M,,
I would be happy to email those properties to you but need a little more information. I'm guessing that you live Stonegate, possibly Birchfield but I think that development is closer to 25 to 30 years old. Is this a single family home, garages and how many, basement, condition, etc. ? I can also do a market analysis for you with no obligation but need to find out a little more about your home. My office is located in Moorestown but we do a huge amount of business and have the largest market share in Mt. Laurel. Please contact me either by cell or email and I will be happy to provide the information that you are requesting. I would contact a local agent and ask them to assist you. If you are planning to sell it yourself, many agents will help you in return you can pass along the names/numbers of buyers looking that do not have agent representation. A referral of the helpful agent to family & friends is another way to say thanks. I help a FSBO sell their house on their own and they used me to purchase their new home. It was a win win situation.
