Yes it is possible, taxes depend on municipality, some towns have higher taxes than others and also on the size and age of the property, your daughter should contact a local realtor when she is over here and find the unit or house she would like to purchase. A mortgage company needs to be contacted to see if they are able to finance, as I responded earlier they do require more than 30% down payment. closing costs depend on the Purchase price.
