Hi Maureen,
Over the past several months we have seen a change in the market, what we have found is price and condition sells the home. On average Little Silver is between 645,000 and 945,000 depending on the area. I have seen homes drop around 5 to 7% , again it depends on the location. Keep in mind, today on the news the stated Monmouth County revenue is up to 60million, which is 5million over last year. This kind of information makes Little Silver and monmouth county and desirable area. I am a real estate agent with Sotheby's Int;l and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss selling your home.
