The units are beautiful, some moore room for dining area have been my only negative feedbacks until now, seems very nice as a building and as it is new and it seems to be built well and it will remain in good condition for years to come that area has good access to transportation, Great gym, as to the future it is hard to predict, all depends on the upkeep and the company in charge! e-mail me for further info. mia@villonrealty.com, located in Hackensack.
