We are considering making the move from Wyncote , Pa to SouthJersey, unfortunately we are not sure where in

South Jersey. I heard that Logan Twp would be a great place to move due to the lower taxes? we have a summer home in Wildwood, and we commute there every weekend so something within 45-1hour would be great . Your thoughts?

Hello, I am a Realtor in the Gloucester County area and have much experience in this area. Depending on what you are looking for such as shopping schooling etc. You can check out many different area websites in order to narrow your search. feel free to contact me and I can give you many options to look over. I have had many clients relocate from philadelphia to South Jersey with great results. Have a great day!!!

Marnie, you may want to consider Cumberland County, New Jersey. We are 45 min. to 1 hr. from the shore, our home prices are reasonable as compared to other areas, and although we have gone through a minor correction in prices, our overall market remains stable. Millville has a very successful Arts District built along the river, Wheaton Village displays the works of master glassblowers and we are opening a new Motor Sports Park in Aug. 2008. Please go to my website, southernrealtyllc.com to view properties in the area, and feel free to contact me with questions.

There are a few places in Southern NJ that would meet your need, including Logan Twp. If you're concerned about the taxes, there are still places within those areas. Do you still need to be close to PA? I can think of a couple of areas that you may want to focus your search in.
