You will have a choice of hundreds of parcels. Do you want any structure on the property at all? Where do you want the property? Burlington County? Ocean County? Monmouth County? What price point is targeted? Besides size, what are your other requirements for this parcel? Flat? What type of utilities or improvements will you need?
