Hi Sean Chan,
If you give me an address I can in turn send you a flood map that will show you if that area is on a flood area, and in case it is, if is the 100 year zone or the 500 year one. It is a serious concern that most people do not ask about. Excellent question! Wed May 14 2008, 11:32
