There is a wonderful home that is newly for sail..... Haworth NJ. Below is an e-mail I have out about it. Open house this Sunday!!!

Hello everyone, I wanted to pass on details about a brand new home my girlfriend's father - owner of BG Builders in Haworth, NJ - just completed. His company specializes in the construction of large, family style Colonial homes. The house JUST went on the market this week! There is an open house THIS SUNDAY, May 18th, starting at noon umtil 3pm. If you are in the market for a new home or want to see it, please drop by. PLEASE forward this to anyone you may know in Bergen County, or anyone else who is in the market for a new home. I'd really appreciate it. Feel free to write me for details. Below is a link to the Real Estate Agent's listing and a description. The link has the full description as well as 10+ photos.

Real Estate Agent: Mimi Weisinger @ Friedberg Properties; 201-650-2767.
Home Address: Haworth, Bergen County, NJ. Near by towns: Tenafly, Cresskill, Englewood, Alpine, Closter

http://www.friedbergproperties.com/hybridlistings/detail.cfm…

*Gorgeous, brand new Colonial House. Cost: $1,350,000.
*9 Rooms; 5 Bedrooms; 4 Full bathrooms; 1 Half Bath;
*5,114 square feet including a large finished basement. The real estate listing lists square footage as less than this because it doesn't include the large basement.
*Huge Kitchen; Gas Fireplace in Master Bedroom; Fireplace in Living Room;
*Right next to Top local Schools, Parks, Tennis courts, Public Transportation; *Two Car Attached Garage. Garage Opener.
*External Finish: Stone Faces; Fabricated Stucco.
*Heat/Cool: Central Air; Gas; Hot Air; Radiant
*Lot: Corner Lot; Western View, near gorgeous lake. Less than a block away from a large field and park and walking distance to the public grammar school and high school.
*Misc: Central Vac; Security System; Sprinklers

Summary: This house has just been finished. Built by local Bergen County Construction Company BG Builders, this house is a dream home for the right couple or family. This home is a bargain considering the construction, location and amenities and will not stay on the market for long!

Hi Angela,

Saddle Brook is very nice town, conveniently located in the NY/NJ Metro area, about 18 miles from New York City. It has some nicely maintained and manicured neighborhoods, pretty park areas for relaxing and exercising, and is convenient to major shopping, great restaurants, plentiful local services, good schools, and major thoroughfares, with city transportation. Keep in mind that many areas in Saddle Brook, along the river, may flood during heavy storms. Work with an agent you can rely on to proceed with care and caution on your behalf. Log onto my website, www.BeckyBoomsma.com where you can learn about and compare the schools with other towns along with local and regional resources. A couple from Manhattan recently purchased a home through me that I had listed in Saddle Brook and chose it for all of the aforementioned benefits...and they have been very happy with their selection of Saddle Brook and the neighborhood. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Nice middle-class town, some pretty neighborhoods, good commuting to NYC, good schools (I know the superintendant!) that have improved quite a bit in the past 10 years. If you would like my help, please check out my webpage and give me a call! My team would be happy to assist you in your search!
