Why is info like this often times kept "secret" by agents and most sites? I think its funny when I meet with my agent to look at properties and she has different sheets of paper on a property than I do with this "secret" info. I understand keeping showing info a secret (ie lock box codes etc) but # days on market???

Contact a Real Estate agent, they have access to all that info. Along with the market time they may also be able to tell you if there has been price reductions that go along with the length of market time. Another thing to look for is whether or not the owner has satyed with the same listing agent.

Where is the property located at?

It is not cunsumer/public information in the MLS, but your agent can get it easy for the houses you want..

Any Realtor can look it up for you on the Multiple Listing Service.
