Sure Rob,
If you give me a call I will be happy to show you available homes in the area as well as help you with any specific information helpful to you in making a home buying decision. At the genises of any real estate search the understanding is so broad that many key points are not readily recognizable. Once you start viewing homes the reality of differing criteria will surly take on new and more focused meaning. As an accomplished Realtor selling homes in White plains I would be happy to help you best understand these
criteria and how you can best satisfy your needs.

Havilands Manor is off of North Street in White Plains, New York. The area was built starting in the late 1930's. Many home owners are adding on to the older homes, we are starting to see larger homes on smaller area lots. The lots vary in size from about .15 acres to .35 acres. The area is quiet as well, if you have decided to buy in White Plains, this is a good section to do it in. Also White Plains does not put as many restrictions on adding things like Patio's, Pools etc..... Some other areas are tough and so many steps to get it even approved.

Havilands Manor is a wonderful neighborhood that provides a great location for home buyers. Purchased our first house there in 1969 and remaining in that house for 25 years. It was the house our kids grew up in. It is near White Plains High School with all the fields, tennis courts, etc. that make it a great community resource. The German School also borders the neighborhood. There are no through streets so the area does not have to deal with commuter traffic. The houses range from smaller Cape Cod designs to larger Colonial style. There is a Townhouse complex with its own pool on the site of the former Boy Scout property on the southend of the neighborhood.
If you would like more information, please drop me an email or give a call. Our office has done a number of transactions in Havilands Manor.
