Can anyone post latest price sheets from Centex homes / Lennar in San Ramon?

or let me know how to get price. I do not live in the area but plan to move in soon so wanted to get idea about prices. I do not see their price sheets online.

3000sqft home are sold around $850k.

Check this side and redfin.com and zillow.com for re-sale listing in the area. New builds are sold comparable to re-sales.

Anyway, why you care the price? You have to know the area first, the price shall be your second concern.

Why not try calling the sales office and have them fax it to you??
