Buying a home in a new construction
How does the process work in comparison with purchasing an old home. Can a buyer give an offer or does it just work in a way that the buyer gives an advance against a plot and you have a specific period to sign a seller's contract?
I went to a new construction site where they said they do not accept offers . Is this true?

I guess it depends on the builder, I have seen some builders have homes built in the market and they except offers. I dont think they will accept an offer if its not built yet some companies have a set price and they dont need to build it
