Are there other kinds of loans out there that are not FHA and 100% financing?

Claudia,

The VA loan offers 100% financing and so does USDA.

The program provides up to 100% financing for moderate-income applicants. This eliminates the need for a down payment and private mortgage insurance. Awesome program if you qualify and your home is located within the census tract.

Please email me if you have any questions at Tino.Muratore@gmail.com.

Thank you,

Yes, however be forewarned they are, as my brokers say, "too expensive for most buyers" - often they would be categorized as hard money loans--higher rates plus points and extra fees. Of course, you may find a relative or someone who knows you willing to give you such a loan; or an owner may be willing to finance if the home is free & clear, but it would rarely also be at 100%.
