Hayward zip 94541

We used to live right by San Lorenzo Manor School 1982-1999. I am looking to move back to this area, but would like to know if there has been any significant changes to the neighborhood since.
I've driven around that area and it "looks" about the same. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with that area and any opinions about it? I like it because although it's a Hayward zip, you can attend the San Lorenzo Elem school. Comparisons between this area and San Lorenzo? What middle school do you attend? Thanks

If you are in Hayward you would be using the Hayward school district. Had you considered 94580 which would be San Lorenzo which is a very nice area.

I know that they are trying to revitalize that area of Hayward. There is going to be a new movie theather in the area close to Bart. In terms of buying in Hayward theres a lot of city programs that is feasible for buyers.
