Spring is a great location! Spring is located next to The Woodlands, where you can find anything you might want. Shopping, restaurants, mall, water taxi, nightlife, and art, just to name a few. Downtown Houston is not far from Spring. So if you wanted to go and watch the Texans Football game or the Houston Astros baseball game, its only about 20 mintues away. Spring is a lovely town. Home to the Crawfish Festival in the spring time. The east side of spring boasts cute little shops up and down the street. Spring is a great affordable family atmosphere. Full of great schools and communities.

You can find numerous activities to enjoy with your family in Spring from spending a day at Splashtown park, to playing in one of the wooded parks, to enjoying a movie at a mega cinema, to shopping at a regional mall, to playing games at one of the indoor entertainment centers. We are eagerly awaiting a new upscale outdoor shopping plaza that is scheduled to open in the fall of 2007 named Vintage Park. Vintage Park is an 84 acre mixed use development located in Northwest Houston. It is reminiscent of an Italian shopping promenade wtih hand-laid pavers creating a cobblestone street effect, stucco and stone column walkways, and mosaic ornamental details. The Piazza, the core of the center, will consist of a series of fountains and gardens surrounded by restaurants and covered by an arched portico.

Spring is predominantly a family community with cultural events taking place at a community center close to the Barbara Bush Library on Cypresswood Drive. Restaurants in the area offer all cuisines from French, to Mexican, to Seafood to fine dining at Perry's Steak House. A lot of fun times focus on High School ball games and student drama performances. Mega movie theatres are within 15 minutes of the area.
