ReInfolink recently stop using e-neighborhood to connect to the East bay listing such as San Ramon

since 6/30 and provided no atternative. When I was traveling last month in NY, I saw one news announcement for one time fee $50 to join East Bay board to get access totheir listings. But I can't find that email since coming back to San Jose. Can anyone forward me that email or any link or phone to contact?
