I really like Zillow, Active Rain, and Trulia - all have been great resources. LinkedIn has been a wonderful tool although it's not exclusive to real estate.

As a user of InfusionSoft, I must agree with Carlos. It's fantastic!!! Automating your marketing really saves time and helps further the sales process without requiring you to be deeply involved until it's decision time.

I've included a link below to register to receive a free report from them entitled "The Edge of Success." It's a good read if you haven't checked it out already.

The best thing to do is have your own person website, with a strong SEM presence.

Postlets.com

And although I hate to admit it, and hate to pay for the privilege to "showcase" my listings, Realtor.com. It remains one of the most visited real estate websites around. For the time being, I believe consumer confidence with Realtor.com remains high, and I do get quite a few inquiries as a result.

zillow.com is a great one and offers you a chance to edit info on your own home which is fun. I actually tell my Sellers to check in with Zillow to get their zestimate if I am unable to get them to re position their list price
