I like it, I'm going to steal it (youtube marketing). However, considering your theme, I think some Mozart would have been more fitting. I thought it was funnier when you pretended it was classy, "romantic evening in front of fireplace"....that angle was excellent (thus the Mozart being better). The "lube oil shower in same room" was not as funny IMO but I really liked the "no really, it's a classy luxury home" angle. Very good, nothing wrong with humor....some of the best marketing is based on humor, even dark humor. Good for you, way to think outside the box!
