Calling All Realtors! If you are in a market where investing in real estate is worthwhile I'd love to talk

to you offline. I'm looking for possitive cash flow opportunities in medium to higher end communities. Vacation rentals or year-round all work great. I am especially interested in properties around water, hot vacation spots or growing economies (appreciating markets). NJ doesn't provide the same opportunites it use to and I'm looking to expand my portfolio. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are some very interesting properties on Detroit's riverfront that are selling lower than they were originally going for even 3 years ago. From river views to those located just off the water, there are some great opportunities. Please feel free to call me on my cell or email me at 313-617-2699 or lt@lizindetroit.com. Detroit has been getting a lot of out of state investors and there are great properties at great prices on the water to be purchased, under $200K.

The Upstate of South Carolina is growing and we are still appreciating. One property I am thinking of is on Lake Hartwell. It would make a great vacation rental. It is on a great lot with mile wide views.

I could help you with some Oregon Properties. Contact me through my web site and we can discuss it. Oregon is one of 3 states which hasn't been affected by the market slump in the same devasting ways as the rest of the country. Other areas are around Seattle Washington and Boise Idaho. If you would like to speak to me directly please email me directly at jlizotte@prunw.com. I look forward to speaking to you.
