I'm beginning to understand and see the benefit of Self-Directed IRA's to hold real estate. A few years ago I read about this and have continued to educate myself as time allows. Any options realtors can offer their sellers and buyers is a major plus when it comes to financing real estate.

I have heard about this on CNBC but never looked into it. Some people said it is very complicated to do this. Is that true? I would love to know more?
