Nica Metals, a local metal recycling and transportation company, has purchased a 51k sq ft building on 5 acres near the Stockton Airport.  GAF materials was the seller.

Buyer to Occupy 51,000-SF Industrial Facility

Nica Metals purchased the 51,000-square-foot industrial building at 248 Industrial Drive in Stockton, CA, from GAF Materials Corp. for $3 million, or approximately $59 per square foot.

The Livermore, CA-based buyer plans to occupy the facility, which sits on five acres.

Jim Martin of Lee & Associates Central Valley represented the seller, and Mark Reckers of Lee & Associates Central Valley represented the buyer.
