My goal is to make sure that the customer wins. I pride myself in educating my clients in their Mortgage and making sure that they understand how their Mortgage works. So many times I see people taken advantage of because they are put in a loan that they don't understand, they have paid too much in closing costs, have been put in a loan that does not meet their needs, or even worse an adjustable loan that they thought was fixed. I love my clients, and understand that their home is the most sizable purchase they will make in a lifetime. I believe in referral business and understand that it is a privlege not a gift to have people pass your name to a loved one.
